Workplace Wellbeing
We offer workplace wellbeing sessions and retreats, designed to help teams manage stress, avoid burnout, and feel more balanced and energised in their day-to-day work.
Sessions are practical, accessible, and tailored to support both individual wellbeing and overall team dynamics.
We all perform at our best when we feel our best, and the same is true for your team. With much of our lives spent at work, it’s no surprise that the workplace has a major impact on our mental and physical health. One-off Sessions
Interactive workshops focused on:

Each session includes practical tools such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, nutrition and recipes, that can be easily integrated into the workday, and come with an e-book for continued support.

Ongoing Sessions
These regular, tailored sessions are designed to support teams on an ongoing weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. They build on the foundations of the one-off workshops, incorporating all of the same elements.

Company Retreats
& Team Wellbeing Days
Half-day, full-day, or weekend experiences designed to take teams out of their usual environment to unwind, release tension, and connect with one another.
Each experience is fully tailored and supported by experienced facilitators, hosts, and dedicated event coordinators who manage the details and help shape the flow of the day or weekend. Held in inspiring settings, these retreats combine structured sessions with space to slow down and rest. Nourishing food and drinks will be provided, along with with accommodations for multi-day stays.
Half-Day: £800- £1,500
Full-Day: £1,500- £3,000
Weekend: £8,000- £15,000
