Hi, I'm Mica
♡ a holistic wellbeing facilitator, yoga teacher, plant-based chef and the heart behind Wellbeing Rituals...

Passionate about making wellbeing enjoyable, accessible, and manageable in everyday life, I share practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, embodied movement and dance, along with a variety of circles, ceremonies, rituals, creative workshops and spaces for connection. These are guided in a down-to-earth and flexible way that blends traditional wisdoms with modern approaches. My love of plant-based food and music also flows through nourishing recipes, playlists and experiences that uplift the mind, body and soul.

Wellbeing Rituals was born during the 2020 lockdown as a simple yoga accountability group to help us stay grounded, connected, and sane in a time of intense change. It soon grew into an online community and virtual retreats, offering a space to move, breathe, share, and support one another.

Since then, WBR has evolved into workshops, events, and retreats for individuals, corporate teams, festivals, and more - facilitated by myself and guest practitioners both online and in person across the UK and internationally.​​

My own journey began in the kitchen, and has expanded through years of embodied practices, study, and learning from a wide range of teachers, wisdom keepers, and life itself. The tools, certifications and experiences I’ve gathered along the way have helped me cultivate more self-awareness, resilience, joy, and a deeper sense of connection. ​For me, it’s all about becoming more of ourselves, valuing authenticity over performance, progress over perfection, and living a full life, with acceptance and understanding of who we truly are. And this isn’t just what happens on the yoga mat; it’s also how we relate to each other and the planet. With this in mind I always aim to honour the roots of each practice with integrity, and many of my offerings explore how social and environmental awareness can sit alongside our personal growth and self-care. 

From community events and retreats to 1:1 sessions, workplace wellbeing, and team workshops, Wellbeing Rituals provides space to slow down, connect, reset, and find more balance and clarity. Whether through movement, music, food, or shared experiences, we're here to support you in feeling more alive and centred, while bringing more energy, expression and purpose to everyday life. This is holistic and realistic wellbeing.
