HOLISTIC HEALTH & WELLBEING FACILITATOR & PLANTBASED CHEF

Mica (pronounced "Meesha") is the founder of Wellbeing Rituals. Mica creates colourful feel-good plant-based food and hosts community gatherings and circles and fun, creative wellbeing workshops that use various forms of art therapy, nature and self-care rituals for connection, self-love, mindfulness and healthier living.

Along her own wellbeing journey, Mica found that there was a lack of diversity, representation, inclusion and accessibility in the wellness industry. As a mixed-race black woman raised in a single parent household in London and with personal experiences of anxiety, depression, bpd and ptsd, Mica desired to find a space that truly felt safe and reflected her priorities and values in an honest and authentic way.

Inspired to be the change, Mica created Wellbeing Rituals, where holistic wellbeing, community, creativity, diversity and inclusion align with a real, down-to-earth, flexible, activism-friendly and accessible approach to wellness both IRL and URL.

Araba Adjaye

YOGA & MEDITATION

Araba is our yoga and meditation lead and joined Wellbeing Rituals in July 2020. A Ghanian-Brit, Araba uses her background as a qualified mental health practitioner and social worker to improve mental wellness of her clients providing talking therapy and practical support. As a yoga and meditation teacher, Araba strives for authenticity and completed her first training while living with a family in a small town in India - 'Having yoga passed down to her as it had been pass down to them'. Araba specialises in Hatha yoga and she uses these ancient teachings along with her understanding of mental wellness support to improve the mental, physical and spiritual health of her students all around the globe.
Araba's uplifting yoga and meditation sessions are centred around themes of empowerment, acceptance, openness, strength and gratitude. In these practices she guides us to better shake off the past, live in the present and embrace the possibilities of the future.

Rose Saltiel

YOGA & ASTROLOGY

Rose uses the healing practices of yoga, meditation and astrology, along with her training in psychoanalysis, somatic trauma therapy and reiki to help her students align with their authentic selves and embrace their full potential. Growing up in a Jewish (Sephardic & Ashkenazi) family, tradition and ritual played a role in Rose’s upbringing which inspired her path in her own personal growth, spiritual interests and wellbeing journey. Translating cosmic symbols into everyday wisdom, Rose brings a down-to-earth and relatable approach to her transcendent yet practical and actionable sessions. Creating an immersive experience, Rose uses eclectic playlists to enhance the vibe of her classes and encourage guided transformation.

With 15 years of experience, Rose is trained in Sivananda, Ashtanga, Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga. She also offers astrological readings and tarot.
